Bader Ranch Winter Show Dinner by Nick Middleton of Y Comida. Bring your friends and join us in Round Top for the Winter Show weekend at Bader Ranch! We will be hosting two very special dinners with limited seating.
Each night we will be creating one long table in the barn and serving a six course family style elevated dinner party! With only two seatings per night, and a limit of just 40 seats per seating, this will be a celebration like no other.
While our menu is not set just y et, you can expect things like Wagyu steak, lobster bisque, fire roasted seasonal winter vegetables, and French chocolate mousse.
