The Round Top Festival Institute proudly announces Dennis Brackeen and Jenna McPhail as Co-Chairs of the 2026 Gala, Harmony Under a Texas Star: Preserving the Legacy of Festival Hill. The event will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the historic Round Top Rifle Hall, bringing together patrons, supporters, and friends for an unforgettable evening celebrating music, beauty, and community beneath the Texas sky.
Brackeen, founder of Dennis Brackeen Design Group and partner at Moxie Houston, joins fellow Co-Chair Jenna McPhail, architectural designer and co-owner of Moxie Interiors, in leading this year's gala—an evening devoted to sustaining one of Texas's most cherished cultural institutions.
Founded in 1971 by concert pianist James Dick, the Round Top Festival Institute transformed a small town into an international destination for classical music and education. Over five decades, Dick's vision evolved into a 180-acre campus—Festival Hill—featuring one of the nation's finest performance halls, historic architecture, and world-class gardens. Each summer, musicians from across the globe gather here to study, perform, and carry forward a tradition that blends artistic excellence with Texas hospitality.
Proceeds from Harmony Under a Texas Star will help ensure that this legacy endures—preserving the beauty of Festival Hill's historic campus and supporting the Institute's mission to nurture future generations of musicians, artists, and dreamers.
