Hacienda Groves are curated communities redefining modern living throughout Texas. Crafted by Starred Sky Development, each community offers homesites featuring modern modular homes designed by the famed Lake l Flato Architects. Each home is produced by HiFAB, a Texas-based, modular manufacturer.
Our available homes will be open to the public for tours from 10 AM – 6 PM daily during the Round Top Spring Antique & Design Show. Browse one-of-a-kind, modular homes and take in the Texas hill country views of the rolling hills. Plus, stay for our sunset happy hour to enjoy complimentary beverages at our on-site Tree Tops Tavern. All home tour guests will be entered into one of our unique giveaways for a chance to win prizes up to $1,000.
